For battery replacement on traditional watches, we recommend visiting a a OOZOO Dealer or jeweler to avoid damaging the case or seal. If you’d prefer, you can also send it to us via our service page.

Each type of watch or piece of jewelry has unique care instructions. For traditional watches, avoid water exposure unless it’s water-resistant. Smartwatches should be kept clean and charged properly, and for jewelry, avoid direct contact with chemicals to maintain its shine.

Our watches are crafted from premium materials including stainless steel, mineral crystal, and leather. Some customers may experience sensitivity to certain metals or materials. Our cases contain trace amounts of nickel in compliance with EU regulations. For sensitive skin, we suggest testing the watch on your wrist for a short period before extended wear. Battery life depends on the model and how you use features such as the display and notifications. Charge your smartwatch with the included cable until it reaches 100%. For model-specific battery details, see the product description or our smartwatch help page.
A charging cable is included with every OOZOO smartwatch purchase, so you’re ready to go right out of the box.
Water resistance varies per model. Many smartwatches handle splashes and hand washing, but we do not recommend showering or swimming unless the product description explicitly states it is suitable. Always check your model’s water-resistance rating first.
If you ordered on a weekday (except official holidays) before 16:00, we shipped it the same day. Unfortunately, delivery is out of our hands. In most cases, your package will still be delivered within 1–2 days after this message. Sometimes tracking says delivered but you didn’t receive it yet. Don’t worry, this happens sometimes — just contact us and we’ll make sure it gets resolved.

Yes. If you’d like a different size, colour or model, contact us at webshop@oozoo.com or use our Returns & Repairs page. We’ll also replace any item that arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered.

We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@oozoo.com. If your order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives. You can also withdraw from your order here.
Orders placed before 16:00 (4pm) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your order's progress right up to delivery.
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, plus an additional commercial return period of 30 days from purchase — so you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days. A proof of purchase is required, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
